Product Description

 

1. Standards

0.6-1kV XLPE Insulated power cable is manufactured according to “insulated power cable and accessories with rated voltage from 1kV to 35kV of GB/T 12706-2008. Meanwhile, product can still be manufactured according to IEC, BS, DIN and American standard if client requests.

2. Applications

The product is suitable for power transmission and distribution lines with rated voltage up to including 0.6/1kV.

 

3. Operating characteristics

* Rated power frequency voltage U0/U: 0.6/1kV.

* Max. admissible operating temperature of conductor: 900C

* Max. short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceeding 2500C.(Max. sustaining period not exceeding 5S)

* The installation temperature should not be below 00C.

* The bending radius of cable should not less than 15 times.

*  The flame-retardant properties of cable comply with grade A, B or C of GB/T 19666-2005.

* Excellent electrical performance, resistance to chemical corrosion.

* The Test voltage(ac.): 3.5kV/5min.
